Taylor currently serves as the Executive Director of Programs and Development of Creating for Justice, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to fighting for social justice.

Taylor manages a team of volunteers who donate time and expertise to deliver artistic and other professional services in exchange for donations that benefit anti-racist organizations. Since CFJ's founding in summer 2020, the team has already raised tens of thousands of dollars, which have benefitted The Okra Project, Fuel the People, The Transgender District, The Black Trans Advocacy Coalition, the NAACP, The Austin Justice Coalition, Mirror Memoirs, and Black Men Heal.

Taylor also oversees the design and implementation of all of Creating for Justice's community projects. Learn more about CFJ's work or get involved here!

As an advocate for students and diversity, Taylor has also written extensively about education policy.
